Ingredients
8 carrots
half of garlic head
400 g of cream cheese
100 g softened butter
a small white yogurt
fresh chives (optional)
bread
spices:
black pepper
parsley
Instructions - Carrot spread
Clean the carrots and grate them on the finer side of a grater (this will take some effort)
In the bowl, mix the cheese, butter, grated carrots, yogurt and crush all the garlic. It may seems like too much garlic, but fear not, it will taste great.
Season with salt, black pepper and a little parsley
Mix everything together and then spread a thick layer on fresh bread or toast. Top with chives
