Baked fries

The best and super easy baked fries, which are excellent as a side dish, but we love them so much that we sometimes also eat them as a main dish with salad

Ingredients


  • 3 medium potatos
  • oil
  • spices:
    • Herbs de Provence (thyme, oregano, rosemary,…)
    • Sweet paprika
    • Pepper (optional)

Instructions - Baked fries


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Put the fries either in a baking tray with a Teflon surface or on a baking paper on a baking tin to prevent them from sticking to the tray. Pour a little oil over them evenly and season with all the spices – approximately a heap spoon from each. Salt well and mix everything together so that the fries are approximately evenly oiled and seasoned
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the fries are soft enough and well baked
