Ingredients
400 g graham butter biscuits (or 200 g and 200 g each)
1 large tablespoon of honey
100 g butter
250 g sugar
250 g fine curd (non-lump) – can be supplemented with more Philadelphia
180 ml sweet cream
600 g Philadelphia (it is such a cheese in a silver box, it is between spreads)
5 teaspoons of vanilla extract (best of vanilla bourbon)
3 eggs
on top: whatever you want, for example:
forest fruit jam
fresh blueberries
Instructions - Cheesecake
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
In a grinder or food processor or in a closed bag with a roller, crush the biscuits into powder (it doesn’t matter if it’s not complete powder)
Heat the butter to a liquid state (microwave) and mix it well with biscuits, honey and 50 g of sugar and push the whole mixture to the bottom of a round baking dish – pull it up along the edges
Mix cottage cheese, Philadelphia, vanilla extract and the remaining sugar in a separate bowl. Gradually add cream and 3 eggs. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake in the oven for 1 hour / 1 hour 10 minutes
When it’s finished, remove the cake from the oven and after cooling, add anything you want on top. We like to put caramel or jam and some fresh fruits. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving
