1 pomegranate
200g goat cheese
olive oil
vinegar balsamic

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Clean the carrots, cut along the longer direction, then spread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle gently with oil, season with salt and Italian herbs. Bake for about half an hour or until the carrots are nicely cooked
Meanwhile, sprinkle salad leaves on a plate, tear goat cheese and sprinkle with pomegranate (if you bought the whole pomegranate, there are YouTube videos on how to get the seeds out of it)
