Salad with Avocado and Roasted Peppers

Ingredients


  • 1 big red pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • mix of salad leaves
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • feta cheese 100g
  • olive oil
  • spices:
    • for example salad spices

Instructions - Salad with Avocado and Roasted Peppers


  1. Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Wash the pepper and cut it into approximately 4 long pieces along the pepper. Place them on a baking paper tray and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the peppers are well cooked.
  3. Meanwhile, spread the salad leaves on the plates, cut the avocado (into any pieces of preference) and toss them on the plates.
  4. When the pepper is ready, pull it out of the oven and put the walnuts on the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes (be careful, they can easily burn).
  5. Meanwhile, peel the pepper (especially where it is burnt), cut it (again into any pieces) and add to the plate. Sprinkle with feta cheese, lettuce and pour in olive oil.
