This is the lightest and fastest tomato-olive pasta mix. Fresh onion and garlic add a little suprising but very good and slightly pungent taste, but we do not recommend eating before a date ;)

Ingredients
1 red onion
1 fat garlic clove
100 g green olives
400 g canned tomatoes
200 g pasta (eg. fusilli or penne)
Parmesan on top
2 tablespoons of olive oil
spices:
basil
parsley
oregano
marjoram
Instructions - Pasta with cold tomato mixture
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package
In a bowl, prepare a mixture: cut canned tomatoes finely and put together with the tomato water into a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, chopped olives and garlic. Season with salt, add olive oil and season with 1 teaspoon of basil, 2 teaspoons of parsley, 1 teaspoon of oregano and 1 teaspoon of marjoram
When the pasta is ready, pour out the mixture and serve with grated parmesan
