Ingredients
1 large or 2 small zucchini
2 garlic cloves
extra virgin olive oil
parmesan
or bread to eat
spices:
Provencal herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, …)
black pepper
Instructions - Parmigiano zucchini
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
Wash the zucchini and cut into slices (as on picture). Place them on a baking paper tray and bake for about 20 minutes (but be careful not to burn, because it may take different durations in different ovens)
While the zucchini is baking, crush the garlic cloves into a separate small bowl and mix with approximately 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and black pepper and approximately 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
When the zucchini is ready, spread the slices on a plate and cover each slice with garlic oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately so that the zucchini does not cool down. Serve bread as a side dish
